What are your shipping costs?
For Australian customers, we offer 100% free shipping on all standard deliveries. We also offer express delivery (1-2 business days) for which there are nominal charges.
For International customers, please see the various rates pending your country.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We provide a one busines day handling time on all orders after payment is received. We utilise Australia Post for most of our domestic orders (2-8 business days) and offer an express shipping option (1-2 business days) for a small charge. Tracking will also be provided for most packaged orders.
Tracking is not available for flat packed orders such as neck ties, cufflinks and pocket squares, etc.
International customers should normally receive delivery within 5-10 business days (some countries slightly longer pending customs delays).
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, we stand by our products both in quality and expectations. As such, we will always be happy to offer a refund or exchange upon return of our products (in original condition) within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

How can I track my order?
After your order has been placed and shipped, you will receive an email confirming your delivery timeframe and tracking (where required). Please check your junk mail or contact us if you cannot find your shipping confirmation email. We're always more than happy to help. sales@distino.com.au
Product Specific Queries
What makes your bamboo briefs good?
Bamboo fibre is much finer than cotton, creating underwear that is lighter, softer, has a more luxurious drape and helps keep moisture away from the skin. You should find our briefs to be far more comfortable than other cotton briefs you may have worn in the past.
I've ordered the wrong size briefs. What should I do?
You should find that the sizing and measurement charts provided with the product descriptions are very accurate and we rarely have sizing issues. Our briefs are a standard Australian sizing (the same as Bonds). Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on worn (or opened) underwear due to health regulations however if you do feel you need to change the size, please contact us and we can advise how to make an exchange for any additional pairs of underwear you may have purchased.
We highly recommend you try one pair first before opening or laundering any additional pairs.
Where are your products manufactured?
The majority of our products are manufactured in China. Ethically sourced and to the highest of standards.
All products are designed and shipped in Australia and we are a family owned Australian business.
